From church choir to talent shows to coffee houses, Michelle has been highly involved in whatever music scene she could get her hands on growing up. “It was when I got a standing ovation for a school performance solo I had in second grade when I realized I had a very special gift. A gift that I needed to share with the world,” she recalled. Although Michelle took a few years off from music to finish her degree in Communication at UCSD, she knew that music would find its way back into her life- it always has. She has been playing the piano and writing songs ever since she was five years old, but only recently did she feel her songs were worthy of playing for other people. “It’s been a long road, and I still have so far to go. But the journey is the best part, not the destination.” This up and coming Country Pop artist has the talent and the drive that will absolutely take her places.
